Who We Serve

Leaders and teams who believe something more is possible.

We walk alongside people leading in education, business, nonprofits, sports, community organizations, and faith-based settings. What connects them isn’t where they lead, but their desire to grow, strengthen those around them, and carry meaningful vision forward.

Often, they don’t need someone to give them the answers. They need someone willing to help them work through the questions.

Our Approach

Transformation happens in relationship.

We believe lasting change rarely comes from information alone. We listen before assuming what is needed, and we seek to understand the leader, their vision, relationships, culture, and context. Our goal isn’t to create dependence or prescribe someone else’s path. It’s to help leaders grow in a healthy understanding of who they are, strengthen the relationships around them, discern wise next steps, and become increasingly equipped to lead well in their own context.

We encourage leaders to carry forward what they receive, intentionally investing in others who can do the same.

We don’t simply develop leaders. We develop Alongsiders.

How We Develop Leaders

Training develops knowledge. Coaching develops skill. Mentoring develops capacity.

  • Training (Developing Knowledge): Practical ideas, frameworks, and tools that help leaders better understand themselves, their relationships, their teams, and the organizations they serve.
  • Coaching (Developing Skills): Opportunities to apply what they’re learning, receive feedback, refine their approach, and develop skills they can use in real situations.
  • Mentoring (Developing Capacity): Trusted relationships where leaders can process challenges, explore questions, discern next steps, and continue growing their capacity to lead and invest in others.

How We Connect

  • In Person: Training, coaching, mentoring, team development, gatherings, and relational investment within a leader’s context.
  • Virtually: Ongoing coaching, mentoring, cohorts, learning experiences, and relationships that aren’t limited by geography.
  • Resourcing: Practical tools and content that leaders and teams can use, adapt, share, and carry forward within their own settings.
